All payments are made via PayPal and must be in USD.

I will not begin working on the commission until the full payment is received.

An invoice is preferred.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE THE PROJECT IS DISCUSSED.

Refunds take time to process please give me time to get to them you haven't been forgotten.

Refunds are dependent on the stage of the commission:

If the commission has not been started, you will receive a full refund.

If the commission is in progress, refunds will be determined based on the work completed.

Once the commission is finished, refunds will not be issued.

The person purchasing the commission must contact me directly. Communication through third parties is not allowed. Third-party messaging makes my job significantly harder, as it creates confusion and makes it difficult for me to keep track of my actual commissioners and their projects. If this happens multiple times, I will cancel the commission without refund, as I find this behavior disrespectful to my time and workflow.

Harassment of any kind (via messages, social media, etc.) is not tolerated. If you continue to harass me after being warned, I have the right to cancel the commission and withhold any refunds.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, personal reasons, or any situation where I feel uncomfortable.

I will not work with individuals or groups associated with:

Babyfurs (any content involving minors in sexualized or inappropriate contexts).

Anyone under 18 (you must be 18 or older to commission me).

Bestiality/zoophilia (any content involving animals in sexualized or inappropriate contexts).

Etc

I retain the right to use the artwork I create for advertising, such as social media posts, portfolio, and other promotional materials, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

If you purchase the rights to my art for merchandise or commercial use, I still retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

Estimated time for completion will be discussed before starting the commission, but please be patient, as commissions may take time depending on my schedule and the complexity of the work.

I would like at least a month time before inquiries about a project are sent.

Minor revisions are welcome during the sketch phase.

Major changes after the final piece is completed may incur additional fees.
